As utilities establish their conservation acquisition targets for the 2014-2015 period, we will report them here. (See last month’s edition for Puget Sound Energy and Avista). PacifiCorp targets for its Washington State service territory is 74,703 to 74,719 MWh for the biennium period. Under WAC 480-109-010(2), the company is allowed to propose a target range. This target represents approximately 8.5 aMW.
