Technical Assistance Helpdesks
The Smart Buildings Centerโs Clean Buildings Performance Standard Helpdesk provides support, resources, and trainings to assist building owners in complying with the Washington State Clean Buildings Performance Standard. The K-12 Ventilation & Indoor Air Quality Helpdesk provides resources, guidance, and training for Washington State K-12 schools to help answer questions, resolve issues, and to improve the indoor environments in schools.
Building Potential is now offering Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS) compliance assistance as a service to our members, helping accelerate compliance with the standard. We recognize that new funding opportunitiesโsuch as those provided by Commerceโmay temporarily stretch staffing capacity for some members due to a surge in customer demand. Our role is to serve as a strategic resource to help ease that burden and ensure equitable access to compliance support for all members.
