The Clean Buildings Portal (Portal) is available for building owners and qualified individuals to submit Tier 1 and Tier 2 building applications demonstrating compliance with the Clean Buildings Performance Standards.
We’re currently accepting, reviewing, and approving early compliance and early adopter incentive applications. Some parts of the Clean Buildings Portal are still under development. As a result, some due dates may not yet align with the portalās available features.
To stay informed about available compliance options within the Clean Buildings Portal, please complete and submit theĀ Interest FormĀ to be added to our distribution list. The interest form is applicable to the following applications:
- Newly added exemptions
- New extensions
- New alternative compliance pathways
- Conditional compliance
