Snoqualmie Tribe Releases New RFP for Carbon Offset Market Analysis

The Snoqualmie Indian Tribe has released an RFP for a Carbon Offset Market Analysis (attached). The Tribe seeks proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide an analysis of the feasibility of marketing carbon offset credits as a source of revenue for the Tribe.
