NEEC had the opportunity to present at the 2012 ACEEE Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings.
The first paper presented Leveraging National Guidelines for Building Operator Credentialing discusses the increasing importance of establishing a national standard for training and certifying building operators. The second paper Job Placement for the Unemployed through Partnerships with Industry-Recognized Credential Programs details the benefits of training unemployed workers with the long term goal of job placement.
