Luminaire Level Lighting Controls (LLLC) was the key part of the proposed upgrade for AGCWās prominent 10-story commercial building on the Lake Union. Seattle City Light offered a $127,269 incentive based on the energy savings, covering a significant amount of the total project cost. Additionally, AGCW found that LLLC could provide them with nearly $40,000 in annual energy savings.
