Cadmus Acquires Britt/Makela Group Assets- Expands Energy-Efficient Building Code Development Services

WALTHAM, Mass., July 28, 2015—The Cadmus Group, Inc. (Cadmus) announced today that it has completed a deal to acquire the assets of Britt/Makela Group (BMG), a leading consulting firm specializing in energy-efficient building codes and standards. Cadmus will be opening an office in Boise, Idaho, the current site of BMG headquarters. BMG provides domestic and international support for the development and implementation of codes and regulations that affect the energy use of residential and commercial buildings.
