NEEC Oregon Caucus Guidelines

 For the past 2 years, Oregon members of NEEC have met as a Caucus to discuss issues and events of specific interest to the energy efficiency market in that state. NEEC Board members, Phil Welker and John Morris, have Co-chaired the Caucus and served as the liaison to the full NEEC Board. The Caucus has addressed policy and legislative issues and made recommendations to the NEEC Board of Directors for specific policy agenda priorities for the association. In the next evolutionary step of Caucus development, a set of participatory guidelines have been developed for the Caucus. The goal of the guidelines is to create more structure for the Caucus process and to ensure that the meetings themselves remain relevant for NEEC members. A copy of the Oregon Caucus Guidelines is posted below. The Oregon Caucus is open to any full NEEC member who wants to participate with their acknowledgment of the Guidelines.
