The Seattle Office of Sustainability and Environment (OSE) is seeking a Tune-Ups Program Associate to support implementation of the building tune-up policy, detailed here: www.seattle.gov/buildingtuneups. This temporary position (up to 3 years) will serve as the primary point of contact for building owners and their representatives as well as members of the real estate sector seeking to comply with the Building Tune-Ups mandate. In this role, the Associate will provide compliance technical assistance, lead the development of education and guidance materials and broadly support the ramp-up of this initiative.
