The Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council is seeking passionate and experienced Regional Program Managers to join our team and lead a transformative initiative focused on improving indoor air quality and energy efficiency in K-12 schools. Open positions are in the Midwest, Northeast/ Mid-Atlantic, South, and West regions, and at least one candidate will be hired for each region.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the health and well-being of students and school staff while advancing sustainability in the built environment.
In this role, you will:
- Establish and lead a regional network of school system staff dedicated to improving IAQ and energy efficiency
- Provide regionally relevant training, technical assistance, and resources to support the development and implementation of comprehensive Energy Efficient IAQ (EE IAQ) Management Plans
- Manage an annual EE IAQ Fellowship Program, providing personalized support to district-level staff
- Collaborate with national Center for Green Schools staff and other Regional Program Managers to share best practices and advance the Center’s mission
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in K-12 school operations, IAQ, energy efficiency, or related fields
- A proven track record of building and supporting strong peer networks
- Existing K-12 school district connections and experiences within region
- Experience working with diverse communities and school districts
- Strong training, technical assistance, and coaching skills
