Seattle City Light sent an e-mail notice on December 21st indicating its intention to revise its Request for Proposals for the Pay for Performance Pilot Program that had been issued on November 14th. Mike Little, SCL Project Manager for the proposed pilot wrote,
“Based on questions and comments we received in response to the original RFP, we plan to amend the RFP to provide greater flexibility in the incentive levels to be paid as part of the pilot program, effectively allowing proposers to bid into the pilot. We expect this will allow for a broader range of measures to be included in proposals and ultimately projects selected for participation. Given the upcoming holidays, we will be issuing an amendment to the RFP by Wednesday, January 10. This will include an amended schedule.”
