Nonprofit trade association of the energy efficiency industry
On behalf of the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) Energy Storage Program, you are invited to participate in an upcoming workshop on the safety and reliability of stationary energy storage systems.
The Energy Storage Safety and Reliability Forum will be held at the Edgewater Hotel on Wednesday-Thursday, March 28-29, 2018.
Forum participants will learn about the current state of energy storage safety and reliability and will help identify additional R&D efforts that further advance the current DOE roadmap for energy storage. As a key stakeholder within the energy storage community, your input will help identify the challenges, opportunities, and potential solutions for improving energy storage systems.
This workshop is a great opportunity for you to help set the DOE agenda and have a voice in where DOE dollars are spent. Presentations from safety and reliability experts, energy storage and power electronic providers, utilities, integrators, testing and certification labs, and academia will be given to help frame the discussion.
