Energy Incentive Program Fee Hearing Scheduled for December 19

The Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) will hold a public hearing on Dec. 19 to take public input on the proposed fee structure for the new Energy Incentive Program (EIP). HB3672 that passed during the 2011 Legislative Session created the new program to replace the Business Energy Tax Credit (BETC).

The following proposed program fees will be discussed at the EIP hearing:

  • Renewable Energy Department Grant
  • Conservation Energy Incentive Program
  • Transportation Energy Incentive Program
  • Pass-through Participation Fee
  • All Incentive Programs
