Survey Invitation: Share Your HVAC Expertise and Support NY’s Workforce

February 15, 2021 By Building Potential staff

The NYC Labor Market Information Service (LMIS) within The Graduate Center, CUNY, is conducting this survey with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to learn about job entry points, career pathways, hiring requirements and training and education in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) field in New York State.

The insights and ideas you share here will be used to inform the development of an interactive digital career map that will be published on NYSERDA’s website and possible other work on HVAC/R related occupations. The career map will serve a diverse audience including job seekers, employers, educators, training providers, career advisors and policy makers.

Survey responses are requested by Tuesday, February, 23rd.
