Snohomish County PUD has announced that Jim West will be the utility’s new Assistant General Manager replacing the recently departed Craig Smith. Jim has been serving as SnoPUD’s Manager of Commercial/Industrial programs. (Alan Budman has been named as the acting C/I Manager.) NEEC wishes Jim the best in his new position at the utility.
