RFP: Establishing EUI Targets for WA Commercial Building Energy Performance Standard

The Washington State Department of Commerce has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Establishing Energy Utilization Index (EUI) Targets for the Washington State Commercial Building Energy Performance Standard required by HB 1257, the Clean Buildings bill. This contractor will first consult with Commerce and stakeholders through the pre-rulemaking process to arrive at an agreed-upon methodology. Then the contractor will provide the technical analysis required to develop the final target EUI.

Contractors wishing to submit a proposal should register using this website: https://pr-webs-vendor.des.wa.gov/

Proposals are due on September 11, 2019 at 5 pm Pacific Time
