The Northwest Power and Conservation Councilās (Council) Regional Technical Forum (RTF) is issuing this Request for ProposalsĀ for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control contractor for 2018. The focus of this work is to provide independent, third-party review of RTF work products on an as needed basis throughout the calendar year.
