The Northwest Power and Conservation Council’s Regional Technical Forum (RTF) is issuing a request for proposals for up to six contract analysts (up to 6.0 FTE) for 2018. The selected team will provide critical analytical services in support of the RTF work plan. This includes reviewing and developing new unit energy savings measures and standard protocols, defining research needs and developing related research strategies, and connecting individual RTF projects to regional energy efficiency efforts.
