Seattle Energy Benchmarking and Reporting (SEBaR) provides energy benchmarking to assist commercial and multifamily building owners to comply with the Seattle Building Energy Benchmarking and Reporting legislation (Ordinance 123226). We also perform energy auditing to help business owners determine opportunities to conserve energy consumption in their buildings.
