NRG Benchmarking

NRG Benchmarking is headed up by Wendy Hughes-Jelen, whose background includes several years in multifamily, retail, and office property management, and more than 7 years in real estate sales and service. Since 2007 Wendy has specialized in Environmentally Certified Homes. Aside from becoming a Certified Energy Star® Portfolio Manager for Energy Efficiency Accounting and Benchmarking, she has earned the professional designations of Built Green® Certified Professional: Real Estate, Earth Advantage® Broker, and EcoBroker Certified®. These designations indicate her training to be able to help 1) businesses with energy efficiency accounting and benchmarking and 2) individuals or families with chemical sensitivities, asthma sufferers, allergies, or other health concerns to buy or create a healthy home so people can live their life to the fullest and at the highest level of health and comfort. Wendy and her husband own a home in the Built Green® Certified Community of High Point in West Seattle.
