Marx|Okubo will conduct a site visit of the property and determine low to no-cost methods to improve a building’s overall performance and ultimately reduce water and energy costs. Marx|Okubo will also provide a list of corrective actions and review utility bills to provide building’s owners a list of improvements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
