Global Facility Solutions offers energy and facility services for commercial, industrial, educational and government buildings. Our objective recommendations are designed to optimize facility performance, reduce operating costs and deal with every-day issues that plague building owners and operators. In addition, the Global Facility Solutions Sustainability Program helps our clients to improve the performance of their buildings while enhancing their bottom-lines. GFS provides a full range of services to our clients on a nationwide basis and helps property owners implement energy efficiency upgrades as well as to develop sustainability programs. The GFS Sustainability Department is also well-versed in Energy Benchmarking ordinances and can assist with reporting city-required energy data annually.
