Oregon Public Utility Commission Cost Effectiveness Rulemaking

Energy Trust of Oregon filed a request for exceptions to the Commission’s current cost effectiveness policy for certain electric energy efficiency measures. Docket No. UM 1696 has been opened to address this filing. This issue will be presented to the Commission at the July 22, 2014 public meeting. Energy Trust’s submittal can be accessed here.

This is different from the gas cost effectiveness exceptions request that are being considered in existing docket UM 1622 for which Energy Trust will file a report by July 1st of this year. Those meetings are scheduled for July 29th and August 27th.
