HB 3672 – Oregon Business Energy Tax Credit

How energy efficiency projects are affected now and in the future

Recent Oregon legislation, HB 3672, made significant changes to Oregon’s Business Energy Tax Credit (BETC). The BETC has been a valuable contributor in making Oregon a national leader in energy efficiency. This webinar will cover both the immediate impact of the legislation on energy efficiency projects as well as the anticipated process to establish new rules for tax credits for energy efficiency projects in the future.

Anthony Buckley, Division Administrator of the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE), will be the presenter. ODOE has been the administrator of the BETC and is responsible under the legislation with developing rules for the tax credit program going forward.

Time: 2:30pm – 3:30pm

Cost: Free (pre-registration required)
