What you will be doing:
As theĀ Energy Program Manager, you will provide leadership and management of the program responsible for providing Energy Savings Performance Contracting to state agencies, universities, colleges, public schools, municipalities and other government agencies. You will manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standard project management practices and documents used in the implementation of energy projects to assure quality, consistency, and legal processes. You will also function as the agency’s technical expert on energy and sustainability issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree involving major study in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or architecture;Ā AND
  • At least five (5) years of experience working asĀ project manager for capital construction or energy projects.Ā Ā **Note: Additional qualifying experience will substitute, year for year, for educational requirement.

Special Requirements/Conditions of Employment:

  • Must be a professional architect or engineer licensed in the state of Washington.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
