Seattle City Light, a department of the City of Seattle, is one of the nation’s largest municipally owned utilities in terms of the number of customers served. Over the years we have worked very hard to keep Seattle’s electricity affordable, reliable, and environmentally sound. Today, City Light is a recognized national leader in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.

The Customer Energy Solutions (CES) division of Seattle City Light implements the longest continuously operating municipal energy conservation initiative in the country. The Program Delivery team is responsible for promoting and delivering the utility’s portfolio of customer demand-side management programs to its commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional customers

The Job(s):

Energy Program Delivery Section Manager

Customer Energy Solutions is hiring an Energy Program Delivery Section Manager to oversee the sales & delivery of our customer energy programs. As a direct report to the Director of Customer Energy Solutions, the position will supervise a team of 2 Energy Management Analyst (EMA) Supervisors and a Consulting Engineer, while leading a team of 14 dynamic, customer-focused EMAs. (Closes Tuesday, 11/15 @ 4pm PT)

Energy Management Analyst Supervisor

Customer Energy Solutions is hiring an Energy Management Analyst Supervisor to facilitate the delivery of clean energy programs and services to the utility’s commercial, industrial, multifamily, and institutional customers with a focus on outreach, opportunity assessment, and program implementation. As a direct report to the Energy Program Delivery Section Manager, the position will lead a team of 7 Energy Management Analysts (EMA) who help our customer owners and community partners meet their evolving energy needs, while striving to be their most valued and trusted energy partner. (Closes Tuesday, 11/15 @ 4pm PT)
