NEEA’s Board of Directors is now inviting additional public input on NEEA’s Draft Strategic Plan. Many of you have participated in this process over the last year, so please take this opportunity to review this draft by August 31st, to share your feedback on the proposed strategies and boundary conditions for guiding the alliance moving forward.
In conjunction, the Board has formally kicked off the Business Planning process. It will hold a series of ongoing discussions this year, focused around incorporating the key goals and strategies surfaced during strategic planning into NEEA’s 2020-2024 Business Plan. Please note, we are also including a link to some Key Terms that the Board has defined to date in this planning process.
Once the Board has created a first draft Business Plan, it will be asking the region for input this fall on both the Strategic and Business Plans. That broader input will be considered in the final drafts of the Business Plan and Strategic Plan, which are slated for review and approval at NEEA’s Annual Board Meeting on December 4, 2018.
