Energy Trust of Oregon, Inc. (Energy Trust) is seeking proposals through a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Program Delivery Contractors (PDC) to deliver Energy Trust’s Custom and
Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program offerings for the Production Efficiency program that serve industrial customers. The intent to respond is due April 3rd and the proposal submission deadline is April 27th, 2018, 5 pm PDT. The anticipated duration of the PDC contract is three years.
