Energy Trust of Oregon Issues Draft RFP on Pay for Performance Pilot

The Energy Trust of Oregon has published a draft RFP for a pilot program effort using a “pay for performance” (PfP) approach. On January 21st, the Oregon Public Utilities Commission (OPUC) held a meeting on docket UM 1678 which will be the formal process for approving the Trust pilot. The draft RFP can be viewed here.
A staff memo to the Commissioners is expected on Feb. 6th culminating in a likely OPUC decision on moving forward with the pilot at their public meeting on Feb. 18th.
