Tacoma Power’s Power Management section is seeking an Energy Programs Supervisor to join their Business Customer Energy Programs (CEP) team. In this role you will lead a team of program managers in acquiring energy savings and achieving energy management goals from projects at commercial and industrial (C/I) customer facilities. A primary focus is capital projects involving new construction, indoor agriculture, lighting retrofits and equipment deemed savings measures. In this role you will review and approve complex customer energy projects, supervise staff, oversee implementation of programs and program improvements, ensure compliance with site visit safety protocols, maintain positive relationships with key trade allies and regional partners, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position oversees programs that comprise a substantial portion of Tacoma Power’s energy savings compliance target.
