Emerald Cities Seattle – is a non-profit collaborative of government, labor, business and community  organizations working together to advance a sustainable environment while creating greater economic opportunities for all.

Emerald Cities Collaborative (ECC) based in Washington, D.C works on a national level as well as in 8 regional markets. ECC partners are united around the goal of rapidly greening our nation’s metropolitan regions to advance triple bottom line outcomes: environmental, economic and equity. ECC envisions a future in which American cities are the greenest and most equitable in the world,  leading the way to head off global climate change while creating a vital new economic sector.
