City of Seattle Benchmarking Report Deadline on April 1st

The City of Seattle’s successful energy performance benchmarking and disclosure ordinance has its next deadline for reporting on April 1^st.  All buildings covered by the ordinance have received notifications from the City that calendar year 2014 data must be complete by the enforcement date.  Energy performance disclosure in the City approached virtually 100% compliance last year providing Seattle and the market valuable information on how well the city’s commercial building stock is performing.  Building owners and managers with questions or problems with compliance are encouraged to contact the Benchmark Help Desk at 206-727-8484 or email [email protected]
