The Building Operator Certification, a NEEC developed training and credentialing program for building operators/technicians, recently announced the addition of South Carolina as an implementing partner for the program. The community college system in the state will take lead responsibility for implementing BOC® in the state. BOC® is now offered in 26 states and is quickly being recognized as the top credential recognizing the skills of building operators for energy efficient building operation.  The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council transitioned to the name Building Potential in 2024. The organization’s legal name remains the same and the Board of Directors and Staff have not changed. |
