The City of Seattle’s Community Power Works, supported by a $20M ARRA grant award, launched its residential program during the week of Earth Day celebrations. Residences located in the defined community zone for the project can get a reduced-cost energy audit, access to pre-approved contractors, project financing and on-bill repayment.  The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council transitioned to the name Building Potential in 2024. The organization’s legal name remains the same and the Board of Directors and Staff have not changed. |
