SBX Day 2 Highlights

October 21, 2026 By Building Potential staff

Smart Buildings Exchange (SBX) 2026 is coming up soon and we wanted to share some highlights for Day 2!

Jonathan Heller (Ecotope) will moderate a cross-sector conversation between Ian Brown (Seattle Public Schools), Lisa Dulude (University of Washington), and Tearle Whitson (MetroNational) focused on building owner needs and how we can speed up the changes in existing buildings that are needed to support the clean energy transition.

Also on SBX Day 2, Robby Martin (ATS Automation) will moderate a discussion between Kurtis Anderson (Kent School District), Stephanie Leisle (Pierce County Facilities Management), and Matt Wiley (RadiusDC) focused on how the industry can move from custom smart building projects to repeatable, scalable solutions.

Register now to join us on November 9th & 10th!

Discounts are available for SBX sponsors, Building Potential members, and BOC students and grads. Please reach out to Britton Rife if you need a discount code.
