DESCRIPTION:In this next session of the Why Smart Buildings 2018 Executive Forum we will feature speakers from both the private and government sectors. We will start with a welcome address from Mayor Durkan (invited) and will be followed by a panel focused on answering the question: In the smart movement\, how do we decipher between hype versus reality\, and what fundamentals should we be working on now? We will have a moderated discussion and then an opportunity for audience questions. Lunch will be served with a keynote address from Senator Maria Cantwell (invited). After lunch we will have closing remarks delivered by Ash Awad\, Chief Market Officer for McKinstry with a focus on what we have learned through this two-part series. \nThis is a FREE event.
